Suitable Attire in Courtroom During Guam History and Chamorro Heritage Month

During Guam History and Chamorro Heritage Month this year, counsel may consider island inspired attire, i.e. wearing floral or island print apparel or local apparel (e.g. mestisa) daily, and not limited to Friday during the month of March, to satisfy the requirement of GNLR 18.1(b) that "All attorneys appearing in open court shall be suitably dressed."
