The Central Violations Bureau (CVB) processes tickets issued on federal property and military bases on Guam. This includes, but is not limited to, Naval Base Guam, Andersen Airforce Base, and the National Park Service.
To pay your ticket, reschedule your hearing date, check the status of your ticket or for other questions, please visit the CVB website or call them at (800) 827-2982. If you are going to miss or have missed your scheduled hearing date, please immediately contact the court at (671) 969-4500. Ticket payments will be processed through Pay.gov.
CVB hearings are held at the U.S. Courthouse in Hagatna, Guam.
