How to Conduct a National Online Record Search

One has two options for obtaining a record search from the District Court of Guam:

  1. Request the Clerk's Office to perform the search for you.  
  2. Perform the search yourself on your own PC at a reduced cost.

The District Court of Guam has created an online form for requesting record searches at the District Court of Guam.  Fill out the form here and click “Submit”.  When the Certificate of Record Search is complete, a deputy clerk will contact you to arrange payment and pickup.  The cost for the record search is $34.00 and we currently accept personal checks, cashier checks, or money orders made payable to “Clerk, District Court of Guam.”  Payment may also be made online here.
