The District Court of Guam has also created an online form for requesting record searches at the District Court of Guam.  Fill out the form here and click “Submit”.  When the Certificate of Record Search is complete, a deputy clerk will contact you to arrange payment and pickup.  The cost for the record search is $34.00 and we currently accept personal checks, cashier checks, or money orders made payable to “Clerk, District Court of Guam.”  Payment may also be made online here.
