What are Unclaimed Funds?

  • Unclaimed Funds are deposited with the court when a trustee in a bankruptcy case is unable to distribute money from the bankruptcy estate to the parties who are entitled to it.

How do I know if the Bankruptcy Court is holding unclaimed funds on my behalf?

  • You can click here to view and download a current list of cases at the District Court of Guam with associated unclaimed funds.  Payees are listed on the right-hand side of the report.  Details about the case and its associated unclaimed funds may be found by searching for the case on PACER or by using one of the public terminals in the Clerk's Office.

How do I apply for Unclaimed Funds?
