In conformance with the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, the District Court of Guam will be closed for business on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in observance of the National Day of Mourning for President James Earl Carter, Jr.

Any filings due while the court is closed on January 9, 2025, shall be deemed timely filed if filed when the court opens for regular business on Friday, January 10, 2025.  Electronic filing, as always, will be available to registered users throughout the day.
