Due to damage caused by Typhoon Mawar, the District Court of Guam will remain closed through Wednesday, June 7, 2023 and will open on Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. for providing emergency and essential services and conducting essential proceedings. Any proceeding scheduled through Wednesday, June 7, 2023 will be continued, and filing deadlines from Monday, May 22, 2023 though Monday, June 12, 2023 are tolled.
