Due to widespread damage caused by Typhoon Sinlaku, the District Court of Guam will remain closed for business through Friday, April 17, 2026, to allow for post-typhoon damage inspections and to ensure the safety and security of the courthouse, its personnel, and the public. The court will reopen on Monday, April 20, 2026, unless otherwise ordered by the court.

Any proceeding scheduled through April 17, 2026, will be continued, and filing deadlines are tolled through Monday, April 20, 2026

The court’s civil, criminal and bankruptcy CM/ECF system remains available for electronic filing.
