IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the District Court of Guam will be closed for business starting on Monday, April 13,2026, in preparation for Tropical Storm Sinlaku, which is projected to develop into a Category 3 or Category 4 typhoon.

The court will reopen upon the declaration of Condition of Readiness 4. All hearings will be rescheduled when the court opens for regular business. Any court filings due while the court is closed shall be deemed timely filed, if filed when the court opens for regular business.
