The District Court of Guam has established a new court-appointed Appellate Panel for the
appointment of private counsel on appeal for financially eligible persons in criminal or
collateral-relief proceedings pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act (CJA), 18 U.S.C. 3006A. The
complete list of Appellate Panel Members will be posted at the District Court of Guam's CJA
Website shortly.

The court extends an invitation for private attorneys to apply for admission to the new CJA
Appellate Panel by submitting the attached application via email to either:
