The Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit has recently approved an amended Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Plan for the District of Guam, effective September 3, 2024.  The amended plan accommodates the district's CJA panel’s request to change the handling of appeals of voucher reviews.  These changes may be found in section XI.E on page 19.  All other changes were minimal and were enacted to make the plan conform precisely to the model plan promulgated by the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit.  Click here to view and download the amended plan.
