IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the District Court of Guam will be closed for business on Friday, December 1, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a staff luncheon.  To accommodate the public, the Clerk’s Office shall extend its public counter hours from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on said date.
Chief Deputy Clerk Charles White will be available for immediate assistance with court emergencies at 988-9031.  Electronic filing, as always, will be available to registered users throughout the day.

Pursuant 28 U.S.C. § 2071, and after appropriate public notice and an opportunity for comment, the District Court of Guam hereby adopts the attached updated General Local Rules of Practice, effective December 1, 2017.  General Rules 1.1 and 17.1 have been updated.
