Current Court Access Policy in Response to Executive Order 2021-16

The District Court of Guam continues to be open to the public during its regular business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays, with certain limitations.

To further mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in light of the latest guidance and research by the Centers for Disease Control on the Delta variant, persons entering the courthouse will remain subject to COVID-19 risk prescreening, be required to wear a mask in all common areas of the courthouse building, and must adhere to 6 ft social distancing requirement.

The Clerk’s Office intake counter is open for regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and electronic and drop box filing remain available. The U.S. Probation and Pretrial Office remains open by appointment only, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Public seating is available for open court proceedings, subject to social distancing and other limitations which may be imposed by the presiding judge. Alternative means to access open court proceedings, such as via zoom technology, remain available at the discretion of the presiding judge.
