Pursuant to 28 USC 2071, the District Court of Guam has submitted proposed changes to its local rules of bankruptcy practice for comment by the public and by the bar of the court. Comments from the public and bar pursuant to 28 USC 2071 are requested by November 14, 2023 and may be sent electronically to clerks@gud.uscourts.gov.

The proposed modifications, which may be viewed at the link below, apply solely to Local Rule BKLR 9013-1 and include one new form.
