In its September 2014 meeting, the Judicial Conference of the United States approved the following changes and clarifications to the miscellaneous fee schedule.
 
In its September 2014 meeting, the Judicial Conference of the United States approved the following changes and clarifications to the miscellaneous fee schedule, effective December 1, 2014:
 
  • Notice of Appeal Docketing fee: $505.00
  • Civil Violations Bureau Processing fee: $25.00 per violation
  • Direct Bankruptcy Appeal to 9th Circuit: $207.00
  • Motion to make redactions to previously filed Bankruptcy records: $25

Clarifications 

Exception to Bankruptcy case reopening fee: No fee is assessed if the only purpose of opening the case is redaction
In Bankruptcy cases, the fee for filing a motion to sell property free and clear of liens is assessed when motion is filed and may not be deferred.
