| District Court is looking for alternative locations in
an emergency. The District Court is preparing its
"Continuity of Operations Plan" to be used in any
emergency or disaster that would force the court to
temporarily move to another location.
"Memorandums of
Understanding" (MOUs) will be issued with potential
sites. These agreements would not initiate an immediate
procurement action, but rather would serve to facilitate a
potential future emergency
procurement for temporary court space. Interested? Call
(671) 473-9125 for more information. |
